How can I place my order?
- Orders can be placed online through our website Moncove.com. Please note that due to security reasons, we do not take orders over the phone.
How do I use my discount code?
- Discount codes can be applied in the Checkout Page ("Information" section, in the Discount code bar) when prompted. Note offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes, and are not available on previous purchases.
What are the methods of payments accepted?
- We accept payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express).
How much is shipping?
- For orders over $49 USD, we are offering free standard shipping
- Standard Worldwide Shipping Rate of only $5.95 USD
- Worldwide Express Shipping Rate of only $10.95 USD
Where do you provide shipping to?
- We currently provide shipping worldwide. In the case where your country is not supported, we will contact you immediately and adjust your order. Please reach out to Support@Moncove.com if you have any further questions on shipping.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
- Please contact our Customer Service team at Support@Moncove.com for requests to modify or cancel orders. We will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible. Please note we cannot cancel orders that were placed over 48 hours ago, orders that the warehouse is processing or orders that are already shipped out.
When can I expect to receive my package?
- Due to COVID-19, you may experience a delay in receiving your package as we've implemented new measures like social distancing guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our distribution center teams.
Shipping time frames are comprised of the following 2 components:
- Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Processing time may take up to 1 week.
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from warehouse to your doorstep. After orders are processed, Standard Shipping time is estimated at 4 weeks, but may take longer due to unforeseen delays such as the COVID-19 impact. Please allow up to 1 additional week for rural and remote areas.
How can I track my package?
- A tracking number will be provided through email after orders are processed. Orders can be tracked on www.17track.net for shipping updates. It is also possible to track your package through the FedEx, USPS, or Australia Post website when the package is received by the courier.
How do I return items from my order?
- The return process can be started by emailing Support@Moncove.com. Our Return Policy can be found here: https://Moncove.com/pages/returns-exchange. We will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.
